LeNoise feat. Nathalie Delcroix, Jorunn Bauweraerts (Laïs) & Jeroen Baert taking 'A Journey Through the Past' of Neil Young

LeNoise embarks on a special tour this Indian summer. With ‘A Journey Through the Past’, the band takes you on a musical trip through the past of Canadian singer-songwriter Neil Young. Special guests include Nathalie Delcroix and Jorunn Bauweraerts of Laïs, and violinist Jeroen Baert, known for his work with Sun Sun Sun, The Colorist Orchestra, Howe Gelb, Emilíana Torrini, Lisa Hannigan... Baert has also appeared on stage several times with Einstürzende Neubauten and Blixa Bargeld.
With nine musicians on stage, this ensemble draws from Young’s rich catalogue, with a clear focus on his more subtle work. Expect beautiful, harmony-driven versions of classics such as ‘Harvest Moon’, ‘Old Man’ and ‘Heart of Gold’. Not unplugged, but intimate. In addition, forgotten gems like ‘I Believe in You’, ‘Running Dry (Requiem for the Rockets)’ and ‘The Old Laughing Lady’ are brought back to life – as if you were sitting around the campfire with Neil himself. One date is already confirmed: October 18, 2026, Arenberg, Antwerp. More dates will follow soon.
Since 2017, LeNoise has toured extensively across Europe and the United Kingdom: from London to Amsterdam, from Paris to Copenhagen, from Brussels to Leeds. The Belgian band featuring Piet De Pessemier, Luc Schreurs, Vital Maesen, Jo Smeets, Davy Jansen and Frank Saenen is known for its faithful homages to the songs of Neil Young, as well as for distinctive musical collaborations with artists such as Frank Vander linden, Patrick Riguelle, Stijn Meuris, Johan Heldenbergh, Sarah Pepels, Lars Van Bambost, Joost Zweegers and many others.
